The larder cupboard was designed to fit floor-to-ceiling in an alcove to maximize the use of space.The cupboard exterior colour is Vert De Terre, the interior Incarnadine, both from Farrow and Ball.

The rest of the kitchen has the same colour scheme with worktops in black granite and box shelves in solid oak. The oak knobs were custom made, based on a Shaker design.
